Because life is always changing, the last section of this workbook provides a number of tools and worksheets that help with planning and adjusting diabetes care as your life evolves. Who is this workbook for? This workbook is designed primarily for adolescents and adults with diabetes, but parents of children with diabetes may also find it helpful. The workbook is also designed as a tool for clinicians to use with clients and families, as part of the therapeutic process of lifestyle development and condition education.
